VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – Feb. 25, 2010) – Venture One Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:VO) (the “Company”) is gratified to make known which the Company has perceived capitulation from the TSX Venture Exchange to shift the Company’s name to ‘NMC Resource Corporation’. Effective Feb 26, 2010, the Company will shift the name to ‘NMC Resource Corporation’ and the shares will proceed trade underneath the brand new trade symbol, ‘NRC’. The Company’s CUSIP series will be altered to 629197 10 4. Also in effect Feb 26, 2010, the Company will go on underneath the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia from the Business Corporations of Act of Alberta. The name shift of the Company and the delay of the Company in to British Columbia from Alberta were authorized by the shareholders of the Company at the Company’s annual ubiquitous and special assembly hold on Feb 12, 2010.
